It’s 1/2 tbsp of Oil

It’s 2 tsp of urad dal

Prepare For of Final preparation:

Prepare 4-5 cups of water

It’s 1 of lemon juice or 1tbsp tamarind pulp

Steps
- First dry grind all the chutney items in a mixer jar..
- Then add little water and grind it in a smooth paste..
- Transfer it to a big pan..
- Add 3-4cup water and keep it for boil on a medium flame..
- Heat a tadka pan, add oil.
- Add all the tadka ingredients and sauté them for 2-3 mins..
- Pour the tadka to boiling rassam chutney..
- Add lemon juice/tamarind pulp & mix well..
- Add more water if required and boil it again..
- Garnish with coriander leaves..
- Serve with idli, dosa or rice..
