Banana Bread

Banana Bread. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. Ingredients

  • 4 of bananas, overripe

  • 2 of eggs, beaten

  • 250 g of flour

  • 100 g of brown sugar

  • 60 g of softened butter

  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 30 g of pecan nuts

Steps

  • Preheat oven to 185°C, lightly grease a loaf pan
  • Mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • In separate bowl, mix butter and sugar. Stir in eggs, mashed banana, and nuts.
  • Pour banana mixture into flour mixture and stir. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 75 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

In another bowl, combine the eggs, bananas, oil, buttermilk and vanilla; add to flour mixture, stirring just until combined. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
