Steps to make Brad's chile lime grilled salmon:
- Lay salmon on a large sheet of foil.
- Sprinkle liberally with seasonings.
- Mix chile paste, ketchup and brown sugar. Spread on salmon.
- Cover in lime slices.
- Wrap tightly in foil.
- Grill on low heat until fish is flaky. Serve and enjoy.
Preheat outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Coat a non-stick, outdoor grill skillet with cooking spray. Pat salmon fillets with paper towels until dry. Place salmon fillets in a shallow pan. Let stand until the grill has heated up properly.
