Banana bread
Banana bread. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 and butter a 4×8 loaf pan
- Mash banana and add melted butter
- Mix in baking soda, salt, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract and flour
- Put into loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes
