- Cream ko freezer se nikaal kar 1/2 hour ke liye bahar rakhden, jab melt hojaye or thandi ho to usko achi tarah 3-4 mins tak beat karen,itna beat karein ke wo thick hojaye phir us cream se cake ko cover karden. alag se bowl me 1/2 cup cream lein or thora sa beat karen or syrup or color add karden, isko bohat ziada beat nahi karna balke thora liquid rehne dena hai. piping bag me daal kar cake ke sides pe dropping ka kaam karlen.
- Rose nozzle lekar usme cream se flower banalen, phir purple cream ke bhi flower bana lein.
- Cupcakes pe flower cream se banalen, cream ka kaam hamesha cool jagah pe karen.
