You need 2 portions of spaghetti (or other pasta)

It’s 1 of onion

You need of About 225 g sweetcorn (I use frozen)

Prepare 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika

You need of Black pepper

Prepare 1/2 of vegetable stock cube

You need 150 ml of cream (I use oat)

Prepare 1 of egg

You need of Grated cheese
Steps
- Boil the pasta according to the pack..
- Finely chop the onion and cook in a frying pan with a bit of oil until transparent. Add sweetcorn, spices, stock cube and cream and simmer for a couple of minutes..
- Add the pasta and egg to the pan and mix well. Plate up and top with cheese. Enjoy!.
Cook the spaghetti until al dente. Steam the corn until the kernels are bright yellow but still firm, about ten minutes. In a skillet, saute the onion in oil. Add the ham, broth and margarine and heat through. Add drained pasta to ham mixture.
