Tiramisu.

Tiramisu.. Add mascarpone cheese and beat until smooth. As a Tiramisu-Lover, I decided to try this recipe, based on the reviews. The only thing I can say is WOW!!!!

Ingredients

  • You need 500 gms of Mascapone cheese

  • You need 130 gm of sugar

  • It’s 6 of egg yolks

  • Prepare 200 ml of cream

  • It’s 1 tsp of Vanilla

  • You need 2 tsp of Coco powder

  • You need 2 cups of black coffee

  • Prepare 24 pcs of Lady fingers

Steps

  • Cook egg yolks and sugar on double boiler until it's creamy colour..
  • Add vanilla, mix cream separately. Mix all togther with Mascapone. Start laying lady finger dipped with coffee and cream mix. 2 layers will be enough. Dust some Coco powder..
  • Keep in chiller for six hours. Garnish with Coco powder and berries..

Pour the espresso into a shallow bowl. This classic Tiramisu is made authentically in the Italian way, with espresso soaked ladyfingers layered with a light and airy mascarpone cream, and dusted with cocoa powder to finish. Tiramisu Cream – once beaten whites and cream mixture are combined, it might not be perfect smooth. It will look a bit "lumpy", being the egg whites, which means your cream mixture is lovely and light. The "lumps" smooth out when you spread the cream, and also while resting overnight.
