Steps
- In a bowl beat the sugar & butter till light & fluffy.
- Add the egg. Beat again.
- Now add the flour in batches followed by milk.
- Mix well..

- Transfer in a baking dish or muffin tray.
- Bake in a preheated oven @160°c for 30-40 mins.
