Banana Bread

Banana Bread. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. This is a very moist banana bread with lots of banana flavor. There is a bit of spice for those who like a bit of 'extra' in their banana bread. Ingredients

  • 1 of mashed banana

  • 30 gr of butter

  • 45 gr of sugar

  • 1 of egg

  • 1 tsp of vanilla essence

  • 70 gr of flour

  • 1/2 tsp of soda powder

  • Pinch of salt

Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and use a bit of butter to grease a mini loaf pan.
  • In a bowl, sift the flour, sugar and soda powder, and mix until the ingredients thoroughly combined.
  • Add in the butter, and whisk until the mixtures show some kind of crumble shape.
  • Pour in the mashed banana, egg and vanilla essence into the bowl and then whisk them until all the dry ingredients and wet ingredients are combined well.
  • Pour in the batter into the prepared mini loaf pan and bake it for approximately 30-35 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool for a while and then take it out from the mini loaf pan.
  • Serve and enjoy!
