Banana Bread

Banana Bread. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. This is a very moist banana bread with lots of banana flavor. There is a bit of spice for those who like a bit of 'extra' in their banana bread. Ingredients

  • 125 grams of unsalted butter

  • 3/4 cup of sugar

  • 1 of egg

  • 1 1/2 cup of self rising flour

  • 1/4 cup of milk

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 2 1/2 of bananas

Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 170°C. Melt the butter and the sugar in a saucepan on a small fire
  • After it had melted transfer to a bolw and let it cool .
  • Smash the bananas and add it to the bolw with the butter and the sugar
  • Then add the egg,milk,vanilla extract and flour and mix well with a spatula.
  • Coat your pan with butter and flour.
  • Put it to the pan and directly to the oven for like 25 minutes
  • AND ENJOY !!!
