You need 2 of Avocados (Ripened)

It’s 1 of Small Onion (Finely chopped)

It’s 2 of Jalapeños (Deseeded & Finely Chopped)

Steps
- Give a deep cut on the Avocado lengthwise. Do the same on the other side as well. Hold the bottom with one hand & twist the top with the other hand & remove it. Insert a sharp knife in the middle of the seed, slightly twist it & pull it up..
- Scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Place it in a medium mixing bowl. Mash it well with the back of a large spoon or potato masher..
- Add all the above ingredients to it. Squeeze the Lime Juice. Stir well..
- This is slightly chunky & crunchy. If you like it smooth & creamy, just use a Hand/Immersion Blender & churn it for 30 seconds to a minute at this stage. I did that because my daughter loves it that way..
- Serve with Sandwiches/Nacho Chips/Crisp Fried Pita Triangles, Crisp Toasts/Garlic Toasts or with anything your heart desires. I served with my homemade Chicken Salami Sandwich..
