Steps to make Pavlova:

  • Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt. Gradually add sugar. Beat until you get a sniff peak. Invert the bowl upside down, if it doesn't fall down, then your Meringue is ready.
  • Add Vanilla extract and corn flour and just beat again for one minute. Place it in a baking tray with the parchment paper. You can bake it as a whole or in small sizes like a biscuit. You can squeeze it in small size and make the top flat. I have take it wholy in one big family size. Make a shallow top.
  • Preheat oven to 150degree and bring it to 120degree. Bake for 60minutes and switch off the oven. Leave it inside for 30minutes more without opening your oven.
  • Heat sugar in a bowl. Add butter and mango pieces. Heat them together to make a marmalade.
  • Apply this over the baked meringue.
  • Now beat fresh cream apply that over this mango layering.
  • Add your favorite colourful fruits over this fresh cream. Serve it hot or cold. You will surely appreciate this recipe.
