Potato Breaded Salmon
Potato Breaded Salmon. Remove and discard skin from fish. Mix egg white and water with fork. Mix dry potatoes, cornstarch, paprika and lemon-pepper seasoning. 1 cup of Instant mix mash potato

Steps to make Potato Breaded Salmon:
- For the breaded: put mix,parsley and orange in a bowl. Take the salmon and breaded from the belly and put it on a pan for 7 min a side
- For the asparagus: sautée asparagus and radishes in a pan NOTE(cook first asparagus in a boiling water aprox 30-60 seconds) then Malbec and others ingredients. Aprox 7 minutes
- Put olive oil in a pan let be hot. Put zucchini and toss then put the rest of the ingredients
But — this is important — switching up your side dishes will keep salmon as exciting as ever. Place wax paper on a cookie sheet and place salmon on the sheet, skin side down. Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder and ground mustard on the salmon. Take you thinly sliced potatoes and layer them on top of the salmon. Transfer the cooked salmon to the plate of paper towels.
