Banana Bread
Banana Bread. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. 1/2 cup of Butter/Apple sauce or Coconut oil

3/4 cup of Granulated sugar

1/2 tsp of Baking soda

Steps
- Preheat oven to 325°F
- Cream together the butter, vanilla and sugar until creamy.
- Add egg and mix until fluffy, then add sour cream.
- In the same bowl, add the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and banana mixture. Mix all ingredients well.
- Spray a bread tin before pouring batter in. Make sure to tap bottom of pan to release air.
- Bake for 55 – 70 minutes. depending on your oven.
In another bowl, combine the eggs, bananas, oil, buttermilk and vanilla; add to flour mixture, stirring just until combined. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
