Hummus
Hummus. Hummus is a dish that has so many regional variations. And to try and decide which region's is more authentic is a biblical and political debate that I won't touch. It may be a bit salty, but for some that's the way it's supposed to be!
Ingredients

It’s 1 cup of Boiled white chana –

You need 2 of Garlic –

It’s 1 tsp of Lemon juice

You need 2 tsp of Hung curd

You need 1 tsp of Sesame seeds-

It’s 8 tsp of Olive oil –

It’s as per taste of Salt

You need 2 tsp of Chopped coriander leaves –

It’s -2 tsp of Pepper powder
Steps
- In a mixer put 1 cup chana,garlic,lemon juice,pepper powder,hung curd,4 tsp olive oil,seaseme seeds,salt and grind into fine paste..
- Pour the remaining oil and chopped Coriander leaves and mix well..
- You can add more olive oil to the dip to increase the shelf life and taste.
