Veggie Quiche. This moist vegetarian quiche is perfect for every meal. The quiche was originally a quiche Lorraine, but has since been transformed. Feel free to add sausage if you choose.

Ingredients

  • You need 1 cup of mixed veggies

  • It’s 1 of small onion, chopped

  • You need 1/4 teaspoon of parsley flakes

  • It’s 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder

  • It’s 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper

  • Prepare 1/8 teaspoon of salt

  • It’s 1/2 cup of Bisquick mix

  • You need 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

  • Prepare 1 cup of milk

  • It’s 2 of eggs

  • Prepare of Cooking Spray

Steps

  • In a bowl combine : mixed veggies, onion, parsley flakes, garlic powder, black pepper and salt, mix well……
  • In a separate bowl combine : Bisquick, shredded cheddar cheese, milk and eggs, mix all well…….
  • Combine veggie mix with Bisquick mix, stir well and pour into a 9 inch pie plate that has been sprayed with cooking spray……
  • Bake in a 400 degree oven for 35-40 minutes, or until golden on top…..Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting……..
  • Serve and enjoy ?!!!!.
