Veggie Quiche
Veggie Quiche. This moist vegetarian quiche is perfect for every meal. The quiche was originally a quiche Lorraine, but has since been transformed. Feel free to add sausage if you choose.
Ingredients

You need 1 cup of mixed veggies

It’s 1 of small onion, chopped

You need 1/4 teaspoon of parsley flakes

It’s 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder

It’s 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper

Prepare 1/8 teaspoon of salt

It’s 1/2 cup of Bisquick mix

You need 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Prepare 1 cup of milk

It’s 2 of eggs

Steps
- In a bowl combine : mixed veggies, onion, parsley flakes, garlic powder, black pepper and salt, mix well……
- In a separate bowl combine : Bisquick, shredded cheddar cheese, milk and eggs, mix all well…….
- Combine veggie mix with Bisquick mix, stir well and pour into a 9 inch pie plate that has been sprayed with cooking spray……
- Bake in a 400 degree oven for 35-40 minutes, or until golden on top…..Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting……..
