Quiche. The quiche was originally a quiche Lorraine, but has since been transformed. Feel free to add sausage if you choose. One last thing- to avoid a spill/mess- par-bake crust.
Ingredients

You need 4 of once mushrooms slice

It’s 4 of once spinach

You need 1 of green onions

It’s 6 strips of cook Bacon

Prepare 4 of eggs separated

It’s Dash of salt

You need Dash of pepper

You need 4 tablespoon of cream cheese

You need 1/4 of shredded jack cheese

You need 9 inch of deep dish pie crust
Steps
- Cook mushroom green onions till it soft add the spinach cook for extra minute.
- Separate the eggs.
- Beat the eggs yolk with the cream cheese for 2 minutes then add the mushrooms mixture add black pepper..
- Fluffy the egg white with little bit of the salt.
- Spread the 1/4 shredded jack cheese on pie crust shredded the bacon.
- Fold the egg white with egg yolk mixture don't over mix..
- Add the eggs mixture on top jack cheese and bacon..
- Cook at reheated oven at 350 for 30 minutes..
- Enough for 4 people.
- Easy to cut.
