Steps
- Heat oven to 425.
- Make filling- crack and whisk eggs, cream, milk, pesto, tomatoes and mozzarella.
- Pour filling into pie crust and top with dollups of spreadable, creamy goat cheese and sprinkle with parm.
- Bake 24- 26 min, or until cooked thru and browned.
- Reccomend side dish- green salad with vinaigrette.
