- Cut the bread into 2,Then take a medium bowl, add 2-3 eggs,sprinkle some salt & pepper and whisk the eggs..
- Place a pan on a medium heat, add 1 tablespoon butter, take 2 slices of breads and dip them into the egg mixture and let the egg with bread to cook for 1-2 minutes then flip on the other side..
- Add cheese and chicken fillet or bacon,fold the ends and cover to cook until the cheeese melts, once ready remove from the pan,serve with some fruits or a hot drink and enjoy!!!..
