Dambun cus cus. Vegetables, garbanzos, raisins and couscous in a lovely Moroccan broth taste delicious inside butter and brown sugar-brushed acorn squash. You can experiment with different vegetables, or add diced chicken. Couscous is a tiny pasta made of wheat or barley.

Steps
- Pick your moringa leaves(fresh or dried) and wash in a bowl.
- You can boil the blended ground nut or mash it as you wish. Then add to the moringa leaves, add in the cus cus and stir.
- Then make your steamer ready and pour in the mixture. Cover very well and let it steam for like 30 mins.
- Then cut your onions, carrots and pepper. Add in the steaming cus cus and stir. Add seasonings and oil and allow to steam until soft and cooked. Then add chopped green pepper and serve.
