Easy Crepes. This is a scrumptious recipe for thin, delicious German style pancakes. I'm a professional musician and recording artist, and I often find myself in the kitchens of recording studios, trying to make something edible from the staple ingredients studios keep in their kitchens. Ingredients

You need 4 of eggs

It’s 1 1/3 cups of milk

Prepare 2 tablespoons of butter (melted)

You need 1 cup of flour

Prepare 1/2 of tspn salt

Steps
- Mix the ingredients in a bowl.
- Heat crepe pan and lightly grease with oil.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter into hot pan and tilt to cover pan.
- Once the top of the crepe no longer looks runny, flip the crepe and cook on the other side for about a minute.
- Fill with any filling of your choice and enjoy!.
Its easy to remember and easy to double or even cut the ingredients in half if its just for one. This recipe so far is for one or two but you can easy double!
