Crepes

Crepes. This is a scrumptious recipe for thin, delicious German style pancakes. I'm a professional musician and recording artist, and I often find myself in the kitchens of recording studios, trying to make something edible from the staple ingredients studios keep in their kitchens. In a blender combine eggs, milk, flour, salt and oil.

Ingredients

  • It’s 1 of and 1/2 cup milk(liquid)

  • Prepare 3 of medium eggs

  • It’s 3 tablespoon of melted butter

  • It’s 3 tablespoon of sugar

  • Prepare 1 of and 1/2 cup flour

  • It’s Pinch of salt

Steps

  • Add all ingredients in a blender and mix for 2 minutes. Then allow to rest for 30 minutes..
  • In a non stick pan, rub some butter and put your mixture. Tilt the pan to make the batter evenly spread on the pan. We don’t want the crepes to be too thick..
  • Flip to the other side after 2 mins. Then do same for the rest..
  • Fold your crepes into two. Then fold it again. That’s folding it into four. Arrange on a tray and drizzle some chocolate syrup. Enjoy?.
