Ingredients

It’s 600 ml of Cream

You need 2 1/2 tsp of vanilla assence

Prepare 1/2 cup of sugar plus extra for topping

It’s 6-7 of egg yolks

Prepare 1 tbsp of Lemon juice
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 150c/300f.
- Pour the cream into the pan and add 2 tsp vanilla assence in it..
- On medium heat bring the cream to boiling point turn off the heat when it’s about to come to boil. Now set a side for cool down..
- In a separate bowl beat the sugar and egg yolks until come smooth mixture now add rest off 1/2 tsp. Anila assence in it and lemon juice too and mix well..
- Now pour the cream in the egg and sugar mixture and whisk well..
- Pour the mixture in small serving cups with the help of strainer and place the cups into the big baking tray and pour hot water to half of the tray..
- Now place the tray into the oven and bake for 25-30 min or until the custard are just set but a bit wobbly in the middle..
- Now remove the cups from the water and set aside to cool down and chill into the fridge..
- When ready to serve sprinkle 1 tsp of sugar on the top and ceramalised with the blow torch (if you have it)otherwise carefully put the cups under a hot grill for just 2 min or until the sugar change it’s colour (keep an eye on it)..
- Now your yummy creme brûlée is ready to serve ??.
Go slowly so as not to cook the eggs! Once the first cup is added, you can add the rest of the cream slowly. Place ramekins onto a rimmed baking sheet. In a saucepan, combine cream, vanilla bean and salt and cook over low heat just until hot. Let sit for a few minutes, then discard vanilla bean. (If using vanilla extract, add it now.) In a bowl, beat yolks and sugar together until light.
