- When chicken bruschetta is finished set aside for later. Now I washed pan and put 1 teaspoon butter in fry pan let butter melt and pull pan off stove. crack 5 eggs into fry pan and add salt and black pepper to eggs. Scramble eggs to your texture you like..
- Now in a bowl you plan to serve from mix scramble eggs with chicken brescheta. Mix well so you may get a good bite of egg and chicken together..
- Serve and enjoy!!!!.
