Spicy Chimichurri Sauce. Spicy Chimichurri Sauce is a verdant condiment that's perfect on steak, chicken, and fish. It's also great as a marinade, a salad dressing, or a garnish on soups and stews. This version makes extra for storing in the freezer. In a blender, pulse the cilantro, olive oil, garlic, lime juice and jalapeño until smooth. This spicy Asian chimichurri sauce is made with fresh parsley, cilantro, mint & basil and seasoned with Thai chilis, sesame oil & ginger for an Asian twist! To cook Spicy Chimichurri Sauce you need 8 ingredients and 7 steps easily.

The ingredients needed to make Spicy Chimichurri Sauce:

  • 5 Oz. of Cooking Oil

  • 1 Oz. of Red Vinegar

  • 4 Oz. of Fresh Parsley

  • 3 Oz. of Dried Oregano

  • 3 Oz. of Garlic

  • 1 Oz. of Yellow Chili

  • To Taste of Black Pepper

  • To Taste of Salt

Steps to make Spicy Chimichurri Sauce:

  • Thinly mince the Garlic.
  • Thinly mince the Parsley
  • Before you mix everything, crush a little bit the Oregano leaves so the aroma is released.
  • Take the Yellow Chili and mince it thinly.
  • Take a glass jar and mix well the Oregano, Parsley, Garlic and Oil. Shake very well and the add the Red Vinegar.
  • Finally, add the Yellow Chili and shake again.
  • Close the jar and store the mix inside the fridge for a day. If you use the chimichurri right after preparation, it will not pick up the spice. We hope you enjoy!

Use Fresh Garlic – fresh cloves of garlic will give the chimichurri sauce the spicy kick that you expect in chimichurri.
