Steps
- Shred the bread slices and add to eggs and milk.
- Wait for two or three minutes until the bread slices absorb the liquid.
- Add salt, black pepper, and sugar, mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan. Carefully pour the batter. Lower the heat and cover.
- When the omelette is a bit firm, carefully roll it. Make sure it is quite firm.
