Steps
- Chop your favorite tomatoes, cilantro.
- Add minced garlic.
- Chop onion.
- Salt to taste.
- Mix together in bowl set aside.
- Slice bread brush olive oil over tops & Sprinkle with Italian seasoning toast in oven at 350 until slightly toasted or longer if you like real crispy last few minutes add mozzarella until melted.
