Steps to make Butter chicken:
- Chicken ko salt or ginger garlic paste kashmiri red chilli gram masala Hung curd lemon juice oil laga kar marinate karein one hours
- Phir pan main aik cup water tomato onion ginger garlic black cardamom cinnamon tezpat red Kashmir chilli salt butter kaju add karein low heat per 20 minutes pakka lain
- Phir heat off karein or thanda kar lain is main se cinnamon or black cardamom remove kar dain phir is ko grand kar laein
- Smooth paste ban jaein gi phir is ko strain kar lain
- Phir pan main oil dal kar marinate chicken ko 5 minute per fry karein medium heat per phir side chang karein or 5 minute or paka lain
- Phir flame off karein or middle per aik bread ya koi pan rakhay jis per aik coal ko gram kar ke is per butter ya oil tbsp dal kar 10 minute dhak dain
- Phir pan lain is main butter tomato purée dal dain medium heat per 10 minute pakka kain
- Phir qasuri mathi dal dain baad main chicken fry add kar lay or 5 minute medium heat par pakka lain
- Phir 5 minute ke baad cream add karein is ke baad basmati rice ya phir naan ke sath serve karein
