250 gm of chicken boneless

250 gm of yogurt

1 tsp of ginger garlic paste

1 tsp of salt

1 tsp of red chilli powder

1/2 tsp of turmeric powder

1/2 tsp of cumin powder

1/4 tsp of all spice powder

1 tbsp of lemon juice

2 tbsp of tomato puree

2 tbsp of heavy cream

2 tbsp of butter
Steps to make Butter chicken:
- In a bowl take yogurt..
- Add g.g paste, salt,red chilli powder, turmeric,cumin and all spice powder..
- Whisk well and chicken cubes..
- Leave for half an hour..
- Now in a wok melt butter..
- Put mixture and cook for 10 min..
- When butter separate add tomato puree and lemon juice..
- Cook for another 6,8min..
- Now add beaten cream..
- Mix well and cook for more 2 min..
- Serve with paratha.. best for sehri
