  • 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste

  • 1 tsp of salt

  • 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tsp of cumin powder

  • 1/4 tsp of all spice powder

  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp of tomato puree

  • 2 tbsp of heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp of butter

Steps to make Butter chicken:

  • In a bowl take yogurt..
  • Add g.g paste, salt,red chilli powder, turmeric,cumin and all spice powder..
  • Whisk well and chicken cubes..
  • Leave for half an hour..
  • Now in a wok melt butter..
  • Put mixture and cook for 10 min..
  • When butter separate add tomato puree and lemon juice..
  • Cook for another 6,8min..
  • Now add beaten cream..
  • Mix well and cook for more 2 min..
  • Serve with paratha.. best for sehri
