In Italy, Bruschetta is often prepared using a 'brustolina' grill. This delightful recipe was created as a way of salvaging bread that was about to go stale.
Ingredients

Prepare Slices of Baguette

You need 1 of large Tomato (De-seeded & Diced)/ 12 Cherry Tomatoes cut in 4s

Prepare 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

You need 1/3 tsp of pepper powder

It’s to taste of Salt

It’s 1/2 cup of crumbled Feta cheese or any salty cheese of your choice

Prepare 1 clove of garlic minced

You need 2 tbsp of butter

Prepare 3 tbsp of parsley
Steps
- Take the bread slices and spread butter lightly on them..
- In a reheated oven bake the slices for 5 minutes..
- Meanwhile in a bowl take chopped tomatoes, add in minced garlic, salt, parsley, pepper and olive oil and mix thoroughly. Let it marinate till the bread bakes..
- Add in your feta cheese to the mixture, mix and spoon out the mixture on the baked bread slices. Serve immediately..
