Prepare 1/2 of lemon
Steps
- In a small bowl,mix together olive oil,some salt,minced garlic and black pepper.
- Slice the french bread and coat with the oil mixture and arrange on a baking tray..bake in the oven for 10-15mins.
- Mean while,; in a large bowl add the avocado and mash it using a fork.
- Add chopped onions,tomatoes and parsley,then add some salt and black pepper to taste. Squeeze 1/2 lemon juice and mix until well combined.
- Remove the french bread from the oven and add spoonful of the avocado mix on top..serve and enjoy!.
