  • 2 of Green chili

Steps to make Taste butter chicken recipe:

  • SPICIES FOR GRAVY red chili powder 1 tbsp salt 1 tsp gram masala powder 1 tsp dry methi 1 tsp
  • Now add all the above ingredients into the chicken and marinate it refregirate for half an hour to 1 hour
  • After an hour take the meranited chicken out of the fridge shallow fry or bake the chicken if you prefer then you need to fry at least 15 to 20 minuts make sure it should be cooked at least 70 / 80% once its done keep it aside
  • Now take a blinder jar and add 1/4 cup cashew or soaked almond remove the skin or you can add both of equal quntati and makr it fine paste and keep it aside in a cup
  • The next set of ingredents you 'll need here 1 large onion 4 large tomatos fresh cream according to your taste cashew almond paste butter 200gm oil 1 tbsp corriander leaves spices red chili powder gram masala dry feenugreek leaves and salt
  • Method take a sauce pan heat a little and add oil half butter of the given quantity then add chopped onions saute till it become light a golden colour now add the chopped tomatoes and the dry spices and add lottel water saute a bit then cover the pan amd then it cook for atleast 7-8 minuts till the tomatoes get mashy
  • Once done turn off the flame and let it a cool down then transfar this sauce it blender jar and blend it into a thick paste or you can use simple hand blender if you want
  • Now transfer it the blende sauce into the again same pan switch on the flame and add the remanning butter and then add fried chicken in it and saute it for 5 / 6 minuts then add cream and the prepare cashew and almond paste add water saute and let it cook for 10 minuts
  • Once done turn off the fle and plate it ang garnish with some fresh and chopped corrinder leaves and voila butter so taste butter chicken recipe ready

Add chicken to the pan and cook till brown, then add tomato paste and garam masala.mix well. Slowly add cream and mix in well. Melt a few tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
