Pad Thai Noodles
Pad Thai Noodles. Let sit until ready to add in this dish with the seasoning. The other tester's suggestion of fish sauce is also a good idea. The dish's full name—kway teow pad thai—translates roughly to "Thai-style stir-fried noodles." The cooking method of stir-frying meat, vegetables and noodles together with sauce is more Chinese than Thai. This pad Thai dish includes authentic ingredients like dried shrimp, salted radish and palm sugar. A refreshing glass of Thai iced tea is a perfect accompaniment. We did not have Pad Thai sauce with it but she said the store bought type was fine. Vegetables or tofu may be substituted for the chicken. She noted that overcooked noodles do not stir-fry well and do not look good. I love Pad Thai.this isn't real Pad Thai. This is an instant noodle with a bit of Pad Thai flavor if you don't add much water.
