Banana Bread
Banana Bread. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended.

- Preheat your oven to 350-400 °F.
- Mash all the bananas in a large bowl….
- Next, add the melted butter and the sugar and mix well until combined….
- After your’e butter and sugar is incorporated, add your egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt then mix until fully combined….
- Then add your last ingredient, the sifted flour. After you have mixed the flour into the other ingredients, oil your baking tray and pour the batter into the tray….
- Bake your cake in the oven for about 25 – 30 mins (set a different time depending on how long it takes for you to bake the banana bread)and then take it out and let it cool before cutting etc..
