Salmon Noodles soup
Salmon Noodles soup. This Salmon Noodle Soup features a light yet flavorful Vietnamese-style broth and medium-cooked salmon chunks. I got the idea for this salmon noodle soup from Luke Nguyen's salmon hotpot recipe in The Food of Vietnam cookbook. Season and bring to the boil. Remove from oven as soon as the salmon is cooked. 100 gram of dried rice vermicelli

2 of onions

100 gram of pork chops

3 of tomatoes

of Salt, black pepper powder, chopped onion leaves, 1 teaspoon of rice vinegar

1 teaspoon of turmeric powder

1 teaspoon of crunchy fried sliced Asian onion

100 gram of chopped fresh dill
Steps to make Salmon Noodles soup:
- Make the rock:
- Add chopped tomatoes, rice vinegar, turmeric powder into the broth
- Boil raw salmon with the hot broth
- Set rice vermicelli (after boil in 2 minutes and wash again by cold water) in to the bowl. Add salmon, fresh dill, chopped onions leaves, black pepper powder then pour the hot broth
- Add fried chopped Asian onion, a little bit lemon juice & Enjoy (You can also eat chopped fresh lettuce)
