Prepare 2 cups of whole wheat flour

It’s 1 cup of jaggery powder

It’s 1/2 cup of oil

Prepare 3/4 cup of curd

It’s 1 tsp of baking soda

You need 1 tsp of vanilla essence

It’s 1/4 cup of milk(as per need)

It’s 1/4 cup of Tutti fruitti, dry fruit, choco chips
Steps
- Put baking soda in curd & keep aside for 5 mins..
- Now add oil in curd & mix by a whisker. Add jaggery powder & mix it..
- Add flour, vanilla essence & mix by cut & fold method. If you think it's too dry then add milk 1-2 tbsp at the time. The batter should be a little thick..
- Meanwhile preheat the oven at 180°c.put the batter in a greased & dusted tin, sprinkle some Tutti fruitti & Dryfruit on it & bake for 30-35 mins. After 30 min check by toothpick test.it comes out clean so the cake is ready..
