Chocolate banana bread
Chocolate banana bread. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, bananas, milk and vanilla. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; add to the banana mixture and mix just until combined. It is a very flexible recipe. You can use it for a plain banana bread, a peanut butter banana bread, or a chocolate chip banana bread. 2 cups of flour

1.5 tbsp of baking powder

2 tbsp of cocoa

2 of overripe bananas

Half of a cup of castor sugar

Half of a cup of margarine

2 of eggs
Steps
- Mix all the dry ingredients; flour, cocoa, baking powder and sugar in one bowl
- In a separate bowl, mash the banana using a fork, add the eggs and mix then add your melted margarine and mix.
- Add the dry ingredients in the bowl containing the wet ingredients and mix until you achieve a thick paste
- Prepare your baking tin by oiling it then dusting with flour or lining it with a parchment paper
- Pour the butter into the baking tin and bake in a 180 degree preheated oven for 30minutes depending on the accuracy of your oven.
