Banana bread. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. This is a very moist banana bread with lots of banana flavor. There is a bit of spice for those who like a bit of 'extra' in their banana bread. Ingredients

  • of ripe bananas, mashed 2 eggs

  • 1 of 3⁄4 cups flour

  • 1 of 1⁄2 cups sugar

  • 1 of ⁄2 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 of ⁄4 cup milk

  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla

Steps

  • Combine the oil, sugar, eggs, mashed bananas, vanilla, milk.
  • Add the baking soda and flour, mix well for 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour into a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven for 1hour on medium heat.
