Banana Bread
Banana Bread. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. This is a very moist banana bread with lots of banana flavor. There is a bit of spice for those who like a bit of 'extra' in their banana bread. Steps
- crush all the bananas.
- Add the eggs and the oil and mix.
- Add the other ingredients in proportion, mix for 10 minutes or until it looks mixed.
- grease pan and cover with a light layer of flour.
- preheat oven to 300°f
- place in oven for 30 mins or until top looks golden brown.
