Banana Bread
Banana Bread. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. Steps
- Pre heat oven to 350°
- Cream sugar and butter.
- Then add eggs and bananas, mixing well.
- Stir in flour, salt and baking soda. Blend thoroughly.
- Pour into greased and floured baking pan.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
In another bowl, combine the eggs, bananas, oil, buttermilk and vanilla; add to flour mixture, stirring just until combined. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
