Steps
- In a saucepan, Slice the garlic and Saute it in the olive oil for 1 min.
- Chop the tomato and roughly chop the spinach. Add them to the saucepan and cover with the lid.
- Let them reduce down for about 3-5 mins.
- Add salt, pepper and turmeric. Break the eggs into the omelet and stir a bit. We don't want to completely stir the eggs.
- Cook the omelet for another 1 min until the eggs are cooked.
