Super Tasty Garlic Omelette. Great recipe for Super Tasty Garlic Omelette. Soft, creamy and absolutely tasty, this omelette is the ultimate morning comfort food for that brunch after a night out partying. Lift up each side of the omelette and drop a tablespoon of butter underneath. Add in the ground beef, pinch of black pepper, salt and garlic powder. You can add in as much garlic powder as you want. Ingredients

3 of large eggs

1 of small white onion, diced

Half of bulb of garlic, minced

to taste of Salt and pepper

of Olive oil, extra virgin
Steps
- Prepare all ingredients. Beat the eggs in a bowl and set aside.
- Heat pan to medium. Drizzle with olive oil.
- When the oil is hot enough, put in the garlic. Saute for 2 minutes.
- Add onions and saute for 2 more minutes or until transparent.
- Add the beaten eggs. Do not stir. Wait for about half a minute for the sides to solidify. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Once the sides are a bit solid, fold in the sides to the center. Everytime the sides solidify, repeat. (To get better visuals, try to watch Jamie Oliver how he makes his scrambled eggs british style)h
- Keep on folding until the eggs look cooked enough. Not too much or the eggs might dry out!
- Serve and enjoy!
Lift up each side of the omelette and drop a tablespoon of butter underneath. Remove the lid and season the omelet with salt and pepper. Remove the pan from the heat. For a basic omelette, crack the eggs into a mixing bowl with a pinch of sea salt and black pepper. Heat a small knob of butter in a small frying pan on a low heat, and once melted and bubbling, add the eggs and move the pan around to spread them out evenly.
