Mango Panna Cotta
Mango Panna Cotta. The texture of this Mango Panna Cotta is silky soft and smooth. It’s slightly sweetened with a perfect hint of tartness from the mango. The vanilla bean panna cotta layer is packed with sweet aroma from the vanilla bean paste and is the perfect combination to elevate this dessert.
Ingredients

It’s 3 of Mangoes

It’s 2 cups of Mango pulp

Prepare 1 cup of Milk

It’s 2 cups of Fresh cream

It’s As per taste of Sugar

Prepare 3-4 tsp of Agar Agar

It’s 1/2 tsp of Vanilla essence

You need 1/2 cup of Mango juice
Steps
- Wash and peel the mangoes..
- Puree the mangoes..
- Take a bowl and add 1/2 cup mango juice and add agar agar and dissolve it. Microwave for 30 to 40 seconds. Keep aside for 10 minutes..
- Now take glasses and keep them in a slanting position in a bowl or a muffin tray..
- Add the mango juice to the mango purée and pour this mixture into the glasses. Refrigerate for 2 hrs.if in the freezer section then little less time..
- Take the milk in a pan and keep on gas. Add agar agar and keep it aside for 10 minutes..
- After ten minutes add the fresh cream and whisk it with the whisker. Keep aside..
- Check the mango purée set in the glasses. If set properly then pour the cream mixture into the glasses and again refrigerate for two hours..
- When set properly garnish with mango chunks and mint leaves on top..
- Serve chilled..
When ready to serve, unmold the panna cotta and top with more mango sauce. Mango Panna Cotta is a smooth and creamy Italian dessert down to the last spoonful!
