Ingredients

It’s 400 ml of water

It’s 800 ml of single cream

Prepare 200 ml of sugar

You need 2 of ts hot chocolat powder

You need 2 of ts Coffee

It’s of Gelatin

It’s of Coffee liqueur

It’s of Vanilla extract
Steps
- Soak the gelatine leave in water for 10min. Boil the 200ml water and add two spoons of coffee and 100ml of sugar or more(up to your taste),turn off the fire and slowly add 400ml single cream as you don’t stop stirring well. Add a little bit of vanilla and the half of the soaked gelatine leave. Make sure the liquid is well mixed and pour it in a cup or glass what you like. Leave it in the fridge for 2 hours..
- Then do the same thing but instead of coffee,add hot chocolat to the water. When the coffee layer is cold enough put on top the chocolate one and leave it for 2-3 more hours.You need two separate clear layers,one coffee and one hot chocolat.Add on top tea stoop of coffee liqueur and enjoy the cold mocha flavour..
