Watermelon panna-cotta
Watermelon panna-cotta. The result was a pleasantly delicious and oh so beautiful little dessert. So, forget the lemons and lemonade scenario — when life gives you a mushy watermelon, make yourself a delicious watermelon panna cotta. I wanted to try this panna cotta for long ,and here i am trying it out with my favourite fruit ,and you know what i enjoyed chewing water melon seeds ,i gave it a little twist ,so give a try and give yours a twist you will love !

It’s 1 of quarter of watermelon

Prepare 1-2 tablespoon of gelatin

Steps
- Wash,cut and crush water melon,you can sieve to remove seeds (optional),dissolve gelatin with 2tablespoon of warm water and add to crush watermelon,add sugar to your taste,mix and pour in a cup and refrigirate by slightly bending the cup on a fridge rack to get the shape of the panna cotta you desired in the cup!.
- In a sauce pan add in water,sugar and milk,add in gelatin and bring to boil while stirring,let it cool completely,pour milk in watermelon gel you have already refrigerated.
- Refrigerate again,bring it out after it has stiffens and becomes cold,garnish panna-cotta with watermelon chunks,fresh mintleaf and sprinkles,then you serve,enjoy !.
I wanted to make essentially a watermelon panna cotta, in a pie crust. Things were looking brighter now. and the pie contest table. The scratching out of egg yolks from my original version not only allowed me to cook the dairy to scalding-hot, but made the color of the pie a more purer pink, rather than peachy.
