Mango Panna Cotta

Mango Panna Cotta. The texture of this Mango Panna Cotta is silky soft and smooth. It’s slightly sweetened with a perfect hint of tartness from the mango. The vanilla bean panna cotta layer is packed with sweet aroma from the vanilla bean paste and is the perfect combination to elevate this dessert.

Ingredients

  • It’s of For Mango layer

  • You need 3 cups of Mango puree

  • Prepare 3 tbsp of water

  • You need 3 tsp of agar agar

  • Prepare For of Vanilla layer:

  • It’s 2 tsp of vanilla extract

  • You need 2 cups of full fat milk

  • Prepare 1/2 cup of sugar

  • It’s 1 cup of cream

  • It’s 3 tsp of agar agar

  • You need For of Garnishing:

  • You need handful of Mint leaves

Steps

  • Take a bowl. Add agar agar and hot water. Let agar agar dissolve completely..
  • Now add Mango puree and mix well..
  • Now place the serving glass in a bowl so that it remains tilted..
  • Pour the Mango mixture in each glass and refrigerate it for 3 hours..
  • Now let's prepare the vanilla mixture. Take a pan and add milk. Add the agar agar and cook well on medium flame. Do remember that we don't have to boil the milk..
  • Now add cream and sugar..
  • Now add vanilla extract and let it cook until sugar dissolves. Turn off the flame and let the mixture gets cool down a little for about 8 to 10 minutes..
  • Pour the mixture in the glass..
  • Let it refrigerate for another 2 hours..
  • Garnish with mint leaf. Enjoy this yummy dessert..
