Keto sesame cookies
Keto sesame cookies. My Indian sesame cookies will remind you of the Uber-popular sesame laddoos or til-ke-laddoos. It has a strong sesame taste beautifully balanced by almond flour and cardamom, and sweetened with jaggery and brown sugar or keto sweetner. Keto Breakfast Cookies are soft, chewy and make the perfect healthy breakfast for on the go. These chocolate sesame cookies are the answer to my baking prayers. And the fact that they taste like brownies, doesn't hurt! To cook Keto sesame cookies you need 11 ingredients and 5 steps quickly.
The ingredients needed to make Keto sesame cookies:

1/2 cup of water + 2 tablespoon

1/4 cup of chia seed

1/4 cup of flax seed

1/4 cup of Zaater

1 cup of sesame flour

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1/8 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of any spices you like

of Onion or garlic powder or cumin

2 tablespoon of cream cheese

of Oil spray
Steps to make Keto sesame cookies:
- First you soak the Chia seed the flaxseed in the half a cup of water about half hour
- You get your dry ingredients ready add the cheese and the seed mixture and start mixing till they get dough look like it will be sticky in this step I add extra 2 tablespoon of water
- Using parchment paper spray with oil put the dough on and spread thinly using cookie cutter start cutting
- Oven temperature 350 for 12 to 15 minutes in middle of the oven let it cool great with tea make sure you drink a lot of water with flax seed please
And the cookies are even simpler. I made a few small substitutions, based on ingredients I had on hand. This, combined with roasted tahini and unhulled sesame seeds, really produced a wallop of deliciousness packed into a tiny little cookie. Pinch off pieces of dough slightly smaller than a walnut, and roll them into small logs. Dip in milk, then roll in sesame seeds.
