Sabudana khichdi (Sago Polenta). Sabudana Khichdi is a pulao made with sabudana (sago/tapioca) pearls! This vegan and gluten-free dish is extremely popular in India. It is made all round the year however enjoys very high demand during the fasting season of Navratri, Maha Shivratri and Ekadashi.

It’s 1 bowl of Sabudana (sago)

Prepare 1 of boiled potatoes

It’s 4 tbsp of peanuts

Prepare As per taste of Little black pepper

It’s As per taste of Salt

It’s 3-4 of green chillies as per your taste
Steps
- Soak sabudana for 5-6 hours..
- In a pan, add oil, chopped green chillies saute..
- Add boiled chopped potatoes saute it..
- Add roasted peanuts, salt and black pepper mix well..
- Cover it with lid let it cook for 5-7 mins on low flame..
- Add soaked sabudana in it mix well (add water if required)..
- Cover it with lid and Let it cook for 5 mins and turn off the flame..
