Mexican Style Ceviche (Jaiba). Great recipe for Mexican Style Ceviche (Jaiba). I have picked up on this recipe from my suegra (MIL), she used to make this for me when I was pregnant. It's a hit in our home, as well as if I make this the night before, and take it to a family gathering the next day, I have recieved.

Ingredients

  • Prepare of Imitation Crab Meat ?

  • You need of Lemons/limes ?

  • It’s of Cucumbers?

  • Prepare of Tomatoes?

  • It’s of Cilantro

  • Prepare 1 of Onion

  • It’s of Jalapenos?️

  • You need 2 of avocados ?

  • You need of Sprinkle garlic salt w/ Parsley (optional)

  • You need of Tostadas or Tortilla chips

Steps

  • Cut up and shred the imitation crab meat..
  • Slice, Dice, and Chop all your ingredients. Discarding the unedible parts..
  • Mix ALL ingredients together in a bowl..
  • Juice your lemons/ limes and pour over your mixture. The citrus will marinate and cook the meat on its own..
  • Cover. With topper or plastic wrap..
  • Chill it. In refrigerator for 2 hours or more. Or Over night..
  • Serve with your tostadas, and enjoy..

Delightful, simple and great for parties or potlucks, serve on tostadas or with chips.
