  • 3 lbs of king salmon filet

  • of garlic powder

  • of ground ginger

  • of white pepper

  • of Himalayan pink salt

  • 2 tbs of garlic chile paste

  • 3 tbs of ketchup

  • 2 tsp of brown sugar

  • 1 of lime, sliced

  • Lay salmon on a large sheet of foil.
  • Sprinkle liberally with seasonings.
  • Mix chile paste, ketchup and brown sugar. Spread on salmon.
  • Cover in lime slices.
  • Wrap tightly in foil.
  • Grill on low heat until fish is flaky. Serve and enjoy.
